Firmware Launcher v1.2 for the PSP

MPH has released a new version of his firmware launcher for the PSP, version 1.2. MPH Firmware Launcher allows a user to launch any PSP firmware from the memory stick. The firmware must be in file format and not in eboot.pbp format
