   It uses .bmp for the backgrounds, .png, .tga, and .gim image files for the icons at 64 x 48 x 8 bit (32 color bit). It’s kind of straight forward. Click, find picture, find icons, test, tweak icons until you like them, render and install.

   I got mine at http://www.psp-themes.net/

   Its the fifth link from the top it’s in a zip folder and about 600kb. only problem is that the instructions are in Japanese.

    it’s easy bro just convert your wallpaper extention into bmp, then use that creator, and done…

    yeh…this theme creator or maker both are same, not user friendly,and hope its working, why the hec psp has to so bling bling, but still cannot chat at yahoo or what ever but a simple mobile phone can….
